Camp JCA Retreat - Shalom Institute
SHALOM!!! To All School Students and Parents, It’s your class’s chance for a terrific weekend of fun in at Camp JCA Shalom in Malibu. We’ve partnered with some of the coolest synagogues in the neighborhood, have the most enthusiastic camp staff in town to bring your child to a fun-filled weekend at camp in the great outdoors; your child will have the chance to meet new and old friends, join in camp style singing, outdoor sports, Judaic programming, arts and crafts and much, much more. The 8th and 9th Grade Retreat is February 5 - 7. The 4th and 5th Grade Retreat is February 19 - 21.
Below please find the registration, medical, authorization forms, and “What to bring for the weekend” forms which must be filled in completely and returned to Roselee Packham in the main office, along with a check for $150 made out to Beth Shir Sholom, at least 2 weeks prior to the retreat. If it's easier for you, feel free to email the registration forms directly to Roselee.Packham@BethShirSholom.org. Transportation to Camp JCA Sholom is provided. Simply drop off/pick up your child at Sha’arei Am, 18th and Broadway on Friday/Sunday afternoon. We will let you know the exact times as we get closer to the weekend. This is a wonderful experience for our kids. We sincerely hope all of our students will be able to attend these fun-filled weekend retreats.
