Please join us at our New Member Tea to be enjoyed in our Gan Shalom during Succot on October 19, 2008 at 2 pm.

We invite you to join our Jewish community. When you become a member of Beth Shir Sholom, you become part of a wonderful and supportive Jewish identity. Here are some of the opportunities we offer:

• Come experience our Shabbat services and celebrate the Jewish Holidays and Holy Days in music and song.
• Every service and event involves music and song! Come join and sing or just enjoy the music of the Tish Tones.
• Participate in our many educational programs.
• Attend our classes, lectures and workshops.
• Share your talents and generosity by performing Mitzvot.
• Enjoy our many activities and events. Purim is fun and games as families join in playful rides and delicious treats.
• Grades 8-12-Experience our vibrant Youth Group led by our Religious Education Director
• Assist with temple committees, community outreach or social action
• Meet families with kids of similar ages and socialize at special events throughout the year (see our calendar).
• Join a Chavurah
• Become a Bar or Bat Mitzvah at any age.
• Make a difference in the Jewish community by becoming involved and supporting one of our causes or issues that concern you.
• Discover and discuss Jewish books in the newly established Rabbi Book Club
